Church Activities

Little Nippers

At this parent and toddler group (for babies to three year olds) you will receive a warm welcome from Becky. It is held during term time on Wednesdays from 9:30-11:30am in the Lower Room. Parents and carers are welcome to share in refreshments and conversation. Ample opportunities for learning through play, craft activities, maturing social skills and supporting one another. Friday Club

For Years 3-6 meeting fortnightly on Fridays from 7:00-9:00 pm during term time in the Lower Rooms. Offering a with a wide range of games, craft and other activities making this a popular club for local children. Trips out include; swimming, theme park and theatre. House Groups

Friendly groups of people meet in local homes to deepen their own walk with God through prayer, worship and Bible study while building up and encouraging others. They also like sharing food!

It’s a great place for connecting with people of faith and journeying together in discipleship. Groups meet on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings during term time from 7:30 pm and enjoy welcoming new faces. For more information, email John at john.buckeridge@me.com

Prayer

Join us to pray for local, national and international needs each Thursday morning from 7:30-8:30am in the Lower Room. We believe that prayer can change situations and us! There is also a Prayer Request box in the church foyer, simply leave your prayer request in there and we will pray (this can be done anonymously).

Coffee Morning

Each Tuesday morning in the Lower Room from 10-11:30am all are welcome to meet for coffee, tea, cake or a biscuit and a chat.

Knit & Craft

This group meets on the first and third Thursday of the month from 2-4pm in the Lower Room. An opportunity to make new friends and learn or develop your skills in knitting or other crafts. A suggested donation of £2.50 includes tea and home-made cake.

Art / Print Making

Creative print making techniques are explored on Tuesdays at 9:30am-12:30pm – £5 per session. This group is at capacity, but pop in to put your name on the waiting list.

Spinners

Bring your spinning wheel and fleece to join this group which meets on the second Thursday of each month. £5 per session includes refreshments.

Pilates

Improve your flexibility, strength and balance with gentle exercise. Monday evenings 6:30-7:30 pm in the hall. Advance bookings only by emailing Jane at: janepenfold@aol.com
